Microsoft Network Security Hotfix Checker

Wer hat da noch die �bersicht. Alle 2 Wochen einen neuen Hotfix. Welche habe ich schon installiert und auf welchem Server?
Da hilfe nur der Microsoft Network Security Hotfix Checker welcher Ihnen auskunft �ber die nicht installierten MS Hotfixes gibt.

Auf clients oder Servern welche nicht extrem wichtig sind, k�nnen Sie auch das Microsoft Tool c:\winnt\system32\wupdmgr.exe benutzen. Via Webseite k�nnen Sie aktuelle und wichtige Updates selektieren und diese gleich installieren. Bitte nicht auf sensibeln oder heissen Servern verwenden dies k�nnte fatale folgen haben.

Mit dem MS Qchain Tool kann man mehrere Service Packs installieren ohne dabei jedesmal zu rebooten. Auf keinen Fall mehere Hotfixes nacheinander ohne Rebooten oder Qchain.

News 01/2002 HFNETCHECK in einer neuen Version!

HFNetChk 3.3 has several new features, including the ability to scan systems that have disabled the Server service. The 3.3 version lets users specify a username and password for scanning remote systems, write output to a specified filename, and scan systems based on files containing lists of IP addresses or NetBIOS machine names.

You can download a copy of the tool at Microsoft's Web site. Be sure to view the readme.txt included with the program to learn about all the latest changes to the new version.
